Chapter: 20 - Bridge Traffic

Section: 10 - Speed and load limits designated

Pursuant to the findings and recommendations of the California

Department of Public Works and the authority granted under Section 1321 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state of California, the following load limits, and speed limits where indicated, on the following bridges are established:

A. Salt Creek Bridge on Salt Creek Road in Klamath area, maximum load per vehicle, five tons, maximum speed on bridge, ten miles per hour,

B. North Fork Smith River Bridge on Low Divide Road, five tenths miles south of the Oregon state line, maximum loads per vehicle five tons, maximum load per truck and full trailer or semi trailer combination, five tons, maximum speed on bridge, ten miles per hour,

C. Shelley Creek Bridge on Patrick Creek Road, 2.25 miles from Highway 199, maximum load to vehicle ten tons, maximum speed on bridge, twenty miles per hour.
