Chapter: 92 - District Attorney

Section: 20 - Prohibition of private practice

The district attorney shall not engage, directly or indirectly in the private practice of law during his term of office. He shall not give legal advice to private clients nor shall he be interested in or receive any fees arising out of the private practice of law whether handled by himself or in the name of any other attorney.
