Section: 70 - Height restrictions

A.   Chimneys, vents, and other architectural or mechanical appurtenances, and towers, poles, water tanks and similar structures may be erected to a    greater height than the limit established for the district in which they are to be located, subject to securing a
use permit in each case.
B.   No fence, wall or hedge shall be constructed or grown to exceed four feet in height along the front edge or sides of any required front yard or eight feet in height along any side yard or rear yard unless a use permit is first secured in each case, provided that in no case may a fence, wall, or hedge within fifty feet of any street intersection be permitted to exceed the height of three feet above the road.
