Section: 10 - Exercise of authority

The provisions of Section 1203.1 (b) of the California Penal Code authorizing a court to require a convicted defendant to pay for the reasonable costs of probation, including the reasonable cost of pre-sentence investigations and pre-sentence reports, is made applicable in the county.
