Section: 80 - Garbage dumpUse restrictions

A.    It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dump auto bodies or similar bulky rubbish in any public dump except in such dumps as are designated for the dumping of such material by the board of supervisors.

B.    All persons using the public dumps and dumping garbage or refuse thereon shall place the garbage or refuse at a point or places thereat as designated by the person in charge of or the caretaker of the garbage dumps.

C.    No person shall set fire to any garbage or refuse at any garbage dump without the approval and direction of the caretaker of the dump having been first had and obtained.

D.    It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dispose of tires or petroleum products in the Klamath Dump.
