Section: 120 - Removal from Private Facility

If posted in accordance with this chapter, the owner or person in lawful possession of a privately owned or operated off street parking facility, after notifying the police or sheriff's department, may cause the removal of a vehicle from a stall or space designated pursuant to Section 10.10.90 of this chapter, pursuant to California Vehicle Code Sections 22850 through 22856, unless a special identification license plate issued pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 5007 or distinguishing placard issued pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 22511.55 or 22511.59 is displayed on the vehicle.
