Section: 160 - Removal of Vehicles; Costs for Removal and Storage

To the extent allowed by California law, all vehicles parked in violation of this Chapter and resolutions entered pursuant to this Chapter are subject to removal. All charges and expense incurred in removing, keeping and storing any vehicle shall be, to the extent allowed by California law, paid by the owner or person entitled to possession of the vehicle before the vehicle shall be returned.
