Section: 70 - Establishment by Resolution

It is the intention of the Del Norte County Board of Supervisors to exercise its full authority inherent in its police power and as specified in California Vehicle Code sections 22506, 22507, 22507.1, 22507.2, 22507.6. 22509. 22510, 22511, 22511.7, and 22519 or any other California law by establishing by resolution all parking and related rules not otherwise set forth in this Chapter 12 of Title 10 of this code.
