Section: 80 - County Designated Parking for the Disabled

In all applicable projects subject to their review, the community development department shall approve or designate parking spaces for the exclusive use of any vehicle which displays either a special identification license plate issued pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 5007 or a distinguishing placard issued pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 22511.55 or 22511.59. Such parking spaces shall be designated in compliance with Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations.
