Section: 140 - Point Saint George lands Findings

A.  In order top protect the public health and safety to preserve sensitive resources located at Point Saint George, the Board of Supervisors has determined that operation of motorized vehicles on these lands shall be prohibited subject to certain exceptions.

     B.  Sections 10.16.140 through 10.16.180 are consistent with the Del Norte County local coastal program.
