Section: 30 - Taxiing

No person shall taxi any aircraft into, out of, or within any hangar or other budding on or adjacent to the airports nor shall any person move any aircraft under its own power on the airports unless he is in full control of such aircraft, and has assured himself that there is no danger of collision with other aircraft, vehicles, equipment, buildings or other obstacles. Aircraft shall be taxied at a safe speed, not exceeding fifteen miles per hour.
