A. When a building permit is filed for a single-family dwelling (SFD) and meets the definition of SFD infill, the project shall be required to comply with Chapter 12.04 except that the development shall only install any curb, gutter, storm drain, and/or sidewalk improvements which conform with existing similar improvements on the street frontage immediately adjacent to the project site on the same side of the street.
B. Notwithstanding Subsection A of this section, in all cases where a building permit is filed for a single-family dwelling and curb and gutter have been previously installed, the applicant shall be required to install sidewalk for his frontage where the previously installed curb and gutter exists.
