Chapter: 08 - Sewer System-Definitions

Section: 10 - Definitions generally

The definitions given in this chapter shall be used in the interpretation of the issuance of permits, the making of charges for service and all other operations of Chapters 15.08 through 15.44, unless another meaning for the word is apparent from the context.

    For the purpose of Chapters 15.08 through 15.44, the terms used herein are defined as set forth in this chapter.
