SubSection: 10 Decision of franchising authority

If the hearing is conducted by the governing body of the franchis­ing authority, upon conclusion of the hearing, the governing body shall adopt a decision, which includes findings of fact and conclu­sions. (Ord. 94-06 § 9 (part), 1994.)
