SubSection: 11 Monetary sanctions as remedies

Remedies which may be imposed for a violation of an order of the franchising authority issued pursuant to these regulations shall include, but not be limited to, the monetary sanctions established by these regulations. The monetary sanctions established by these regulations shall be construed as police power impositions pursuant to the franchising authority's exercise of constitutional police powers pursuant to the franchising authority's franchising ordinance.
