Section: 40 - Representation of the county in proceedings under the LantermanPetrisShort Act

The Del Norte County board of supervisors hereby designates the county counsel to represent the county of Del Norte in proceed­ings under Part 1 (commencing with section 5000) of Division 5 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code.
