Chapter: 23 - C-R District - Commercial Recreational

Section: 30 - Uses permitted with a use permit

Uses permitted with a use permit shall be as follows:

1. One noncommercial guest residence
2. Signs exceeding forty square feet in aggregate area, subject to Title 18
3. Commercial recreational facilities which are not identified in Section 20.23.020
4. Antique shops, handicraft and other unique item shops
5. Self-service laundries
6. Mobile home or a manufactured home.
