Section: 80 - Fees

1. The county may charge and collect a reasonable fee from project sponsors in order to recover the estimated costs incurred in processing and/or preparing environmental documents. These fees shall be set by policy action of the board of supervisors.
2. The county may charge and collect a reasonable fee from the public for a copy of an environmental document, not to exceed the total cost of reproducing the copy.
3. The county may charge and collect a reasonable fee from the public or project sponsor on any appeal to the planning commission or board of supervisors of a decision regarding an environmental document.
