Chapter: 40 - Curfew

Section: 10 - Hours

It is unlawful for any minor person under the age of eighteen years to loiter upon any public street, way, square, park, place, building or at or in any place of business, or business house, or public dance hall, or other place designed for the accommodation of the public between eleven p.m. of one day and five a.m. of the following day. Any person who has not attained his eighteenth birthday shall be deemed to be under the age of eighteen years.
