Chapter: 42 - Juvenile Alcoholic Preclusion Act

Section: 30 - ViolationPenalty

A.    Punishment for violation of this chapter shall be by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars, incarceration for not more than thirty days or by a combination of such fine and such term of incarceration.

B.    Any person over eighteen years of age who violates the terms of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

C.    Any minor under the age of eighteen years of age who violates the terms of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

D.    Any minor under the age of eighteen years of age who violates the terms of this chapter shall be dealt with under the provisions of Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 as if he or she were guilty of a misdemeanor.
